RETURNS

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

For hygiene-related products, items must be completely clean before initiating a return.


Damage from Personal Use

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Negligence
  • Incorrect handling

Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Sealed hygiene products (once opened)

REFUNDS

Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

Delayed Refunds

RETURN COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost returns during transit

Return Address

Returns must be sent to our international warehouse in Asia.
Shipping costs typically start from $25, depending on your location, and are covered by the customer.


EXCEPTIONS – DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • If the issue persists after a second shipment, you will receive a full refund

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, due to our automated order processing system.
